iwork.ca Pricing

iwork accounts are free. There is no charge as an employee to use iwork. If you would like to manage your own staff team on iwork, you need to sign up for one of our monthly plans. Once you have signed up for one of our monthly plans, you can manage as many staff teams as you'd like under that account - as long as you do not exceed the number of employees included in the plan.
 

Monthly Plans

Every one of our monthly plans starts with a free 30-day trial, to make sure that iwork is right for you. After your 30-day free trial you will be charged at one of the following monthly rates, plus applicable taxes:
 
  • Small - $19 CAD per month, includes access for up to 25 employees
  • Medium - $49 CAD per month, includes access for up to 100 employees
  • Large - $99 CAD per month, includes access for up to 250 employees
  • X-Large plan - $199 CAD per month, includes access for up to 500 employees
  • XXL plan - $299 CAD per month, includes access for up to 1,000 employees


Annual Plans

We generally recommend that a new business starts with our monthly plans to ensure that iwork is right for their business moving forward. Once you have established that, you are welcome to ask us to switch you to annual billing which provides even further savings over our monthly rates and eliminates the hassle of a monthly invoice:
 
  • Small - $205 CAD per year, includes monthly access for up to 25 employees
  • Medium - $529 CAD per year, includes monthly access for up to 100 employees
  • Large - $1069 CAD per year, includes monthly access for up to 250 employees
  • XL - $2149 CAD per year, includes monthly access for up to 500 employees
  • XXL - $3229 CAD per year, includes monthly access for up to 1,000 employees
 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign a contract? 
No, every plan is month to month (or annual if you choose) and can be cancelled at anytime.
 
How do I cancel my staff team?
Simply email us (info@iwork.ca) at any time to ask to cancel your account.
 
What is your refund policy?
We charge your credit card on the 1st of every month, for that month. Once that transaction has taken place, we do not offer any refunds. If you request to cancel your account mid-month, your account will remain active until the end of that month. When cancelling an annual plan, your refund will calculated as follows: amount paid minus (months used x regular monthly rate) = refund you will receive.
 
How fast is my account setup?
Simply email us at info@iwork.ca, and we can usually have your account setup in less than 24 hours.
